Evan Rubinson is a successful business professional with a diverse range of experience. Currently, he serves as the Founder of ERA Brands, and a member of the Advisory Board for the University of South Florida Muma College of Business Digital Marketing Program and the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee. In addition, he is the co-owner of Concordia Investment Partners, and CIO of Koroit Capital, and the majority shareholder of Kapok Pavilion I LTD. Evan’s professional journey began in 2004, when he became the co-manager and shareholder of EPR Investments LLC, a company that owns and operates commercial real estate in the Tampa Bay area. In 2013, he took on the role of International Sales Strategist and Financial Analyst at Armadillo Enterprises, where he analyzed M&A deals, increased international sales margins, and directed the international sales team. He then spent a summer as a Private Equity Analyst at Prometheus Partners, where he analyzed acquisition deals, modified the company’s internal operating procedures, and collaborated with the controller to improve investor reporting.

After this, Evan returned to Armadillo Enterprises as President, a role he held until 2022. In this position, he oversaw the licensed brands of Luna and ddrum Percussion. In 2014, he also took on a role as a portfolio manager at a financial services company, where he managed a closed-end equity fund focused on healthcare and biotechnology. He remained in this position until 2016, when he founded Koroit Capital and became CIO.
In addition to these roles, Evan has also been involved in various other ventures. He is a co-owner of Concordia Investment Partners, which owns and operates Luna and ddrum Percussion. He is also the majority shareholder of Kapok Pavilion I LTD, a building that maintains two commercial tenants.
